I had no problem with either of my vehicles.
The 4 runner worked as promised and the AWD van did also. If you had aan issue you do not own a proper vehicle for Alaska.
My recommendation is purchase a vehicle that works well in Snowy weather.

Yes Ridck,
Im such a dummy?
My apology for being prepared for winter.
I’m sure when your pipes freeze up you can blame people like me for your discomfort.

Really. Our fleet of delivery vans were out on the roads everyday from 7 a-6p. Never got stuck, never turned down a delivery call, no problems. Sounds like some people aren’t prepared for living in a winter city.

Do you happen to be Dave Bronson’s neighbor? I heard Chris Tuck had to plow him out so he had the opportunity to do his job.

I didn’t get stuck either in my 4WD truck, it’s not about getting stuck, it’s about the city fulfilling their obligation to the taxpayers. Roads should not be driven on for days after a snowstorm before they are plowed.

We also shouldn’t get 35+ inches of snow in a week or less. But mother nature doesn’t care about that. The instant gratification expectations of many people is amazing. I’m not sure how fast you can expect the State and Muni to keep at least the main streets clear when it snows for 2 days straight and and also expect them to clear all the neighborhood streets at the same time. How much equipment and man power do you think is just lying around doing nothing? Would you like to pay more taxes so they can keep up with the… Read more »

You can’t blame people for a all time record snowfall. The left blame the current mayor for homelessness etc when they contribute to the problem instead of fixing it. The Marxist assembly needs to go. The mayor explained the snow issues if you cannot understand maybe go to California where life is much better

Other than a shit ton more snow falling, plowing operations have been substantially the same for the past 20 years.

If you have an idea to improve efficiency please speak up.

If your “plan” is to blame the mayor, the union, the assembly, or global warming then don’t bother wasting everyone’s time.

Sounds like hiring more people to deal with the snow would be a good start.

My family didn’t have any trouble with the roads. Then again we have proper vehicles for a winter state. If you’re driving around in a compact, EV, rear wheel drive vehicle, little Honda or Kia, well shame on you.
