The State of Alaska, along with the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) recently signed a gasline deal with a Chinese oil and gas company, Sinopec, a Chinese sovereign wealth fund, Chinese Investment Corporation, and the Bank of China.

The deal is set to go into effect or expire on December 31, 2018 unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Any party may at anytime terminate the agreement with notice to the other parties.
