Video: District 4 Anchorage Assembly “Debate”: Dave Donley

Six of Anchorage’s 12 Assembly seats are up this year. Three incumbents – Assembly members Zac Johnson, Anna Brawley and George Martinez – are seeking re-election. Two Assembly members, Chris Constant and Felix Rivera, are termed out. And Assembly member Scott Myers is not seeking re-election.

Ballots for the Assembly races, two Anchorage School Board races, and bond propositions go out in the mail on March 17. They are due back by April 7.

The Landmine will be doing debates for all six Assembly races, though some candidates did not respond to our invitation. And we did not invite candidates who are not raising money and campaigning.

You can watch the “debate” for District 4 – Seat G – Midtown Anchorage with Dave Donley below. Kim Winston was not invited because she reported no campaign activity. Janice Park did not respond to our email invitation or a follow-up text message and Facebook message.

Thanks to Dave Donley for participating. And a big thanks to our sponsors for making these debates possible!

☑️ Janice Park

We don’t need any Dunleavy stooges running Anchorage.

And Dave Donley is as stooge-y as they come.

Next!

Dave Donley has been serving in public office since 1987, Long before Mike Dunleavy showed up on the public stage, and long, long before Janice Park showed up in Alaska. But, of course, all that doesn’t matter to a Las Vegas resident……………

It’s concerning that a debate for District 4 only included one candidate. Voters benefit most when they can hear directly from all candidates side by side, especially in a race with multiple names on the ballot Sprunki

Dave Donley for Midtown. Our Assembly Members who shows up to everything community . If you are familiar with midtown then you know Dave Donley is always there. It’s the other candidates showing their true colors in their absenteeism who need to prove themselves. Their absenteeism shows how little they will serve midtown
